Marilynne Robinson somehow makes me feel adrift in the middle of a vast ocean. Sometimes the warmth of the sun is comforting and sometimes it’s oppressive. There is something special about this book yet I can’t quite put my finger on it.

This is my first MR read and it is pure magic! I went to the library yesterday and picked up two of her Nonfiction works.

Her writing can sometimes be a little intimidating, but it mainly feels like I’m putting on the most comfortable sweater and sinking down in the couch. Kinda like a hug. Xoxo

Robinson's work is stunning, isn't it? What a gift she offers us! And then, to share it with others...?! A triple gift. I'm so glad you're along with us, Diana. Please do contribute to the conversation. :)

I will do my best! I was thinking I wanted to reread ML, so I'll pull her books from my shelf...
